A question aimed at cardiologists:
It seems like VExUS may be potentially better than IVC-based estimation of CVP which, in turn, could have a meaningful impact on the reliability estimation of sPAP.
What would be the downstream impact on the sensitivity/specificity/PPV/NPV and the need to perform confirmatory right heart cath?
